Trustee Hubbard represents Region I (Northern Bay Area, Central Coast and Redwood Chapters) He has been an Oakland Police Officer for 20 years. Trustee Hubbard served in the Patrol Division and the Beat Health Unit as a police officer. He was promoted to sergeant in 2010. He served as the In-Service Training Coordinator for five years and the Basic Recruit Academy Coordinator for five years. Currently, Trustee Hubbard is an acting watch commander assigned to East Oakland. He served as a director for the Oakland Police Officers’ Association for 14 years, five of which were on the executive team as the Treasurer, Secretary, and Vice-President. Trustee Hubbard also serves as the Vice-President of the Oakland Police Foundation. In April 2020, he was elected to the Insurance and Benefits Trust of PORAC. In November 2021, he was elected Vice Chairman to the Insurance and Benefits Trust of PORAC.
