INTRODUCING I-SITE HEALTH CLAIMS PORTAL
The Insurance and Benefits Trust of PORAC is pleased to announce our online Health Claim Portal: I-Site. Through the I-Site portal, you can do the following:
- View health plan enrollment status for subscribers and dependents
- View the subscriber health claims
- View Explanation of Benefits for the subscriber’s processed claims
Dependents over the age of 18 can create their own accounts and view their claims as well.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT
To create an account, go to the I-Site homepage.
From the homepage, select the Create Account link. You will need to select whether you are a Participant or Dependent. On the following page you will need to enter your personal information. This includes, but is not limited to: Name, Date of Birth, Social, Email, etc. Once complete, click on the Register for Access button.
Within the following 5 to 10 minutes, you will receive an email from I-Site. Follow the link provided in the email to the activation page. You may need to accept cookies and unblock popups to proceed. On the activation page you will have to enter your username, password and the activation code provided via email.
Registration is now complete. You can log in with your username and password going forward.
Note: Functions are not supported by Internet Explorer. Please use a browser other than Internet Explorer.
VIEWING AN EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS (EOB)
After logging into I-Site, click on the Claims link from the left-hand menu. From here you will be able to view the most recent claims from over the past two years. To view an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) click on the claim number. This will open an EOB for the finalized claim.
RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD:
If you forget your password, use the Reset Password link from the I-Site log in screen. You will be prompted to enter your email and answer a security question. An email will arrive in the next 5 to 10 minutes. Once you receive the email, click on the Reset Your Password button in the email. This will redirect you to the I-Site. Enter a new password and hit the Submit button. You can now log in to I-Site with your new password.
Five failed log in attempts are allowed before the I-Site will lock you out of your account for 24 hours.
If you have trouble creating an account, call Member Services at (800) 655-6397 and select Option 1 for Health Plan Members, then Option 1 again for Enrollment & Eligibility.
