Trustee Latham represents Region II (South San Joaquin Valley, Central California and North Valley Chapters). He began his career with the Fresno Police Department in 2004. Trustee Latham is currently assigned as a motor Officer in the Traffic unit. He has served on the board of the Fresno Police Officers Association since 2014 and currently serves as the second Vice-President. In November 2021, he was elected to the Insurance and Benefits Trust of PORAC.
