Trustee Maita represents Region II (South San Joaquin Valley, Central California and North Valley Chapters). She has served the city of Sacramento as a police dispatcher for 16 1/2 years. During her time at the department, she has been a Tactical Dispatcher, Communications Trainer and was recently promoted to Dispatcher 3 in June, 2024. Trustee Maita has proudly served on the board of the Sacramento Police Officers Association for 10 years as Director at Large and the Civilian Vice President for 4 years. She also serves as a Director for The SPOA1849 Foundation Board. Trustee Maita was elected to the Board of Trustees of the Insurance and Benefits Trust in July 2024.
